Hi,

Is it possible to add mprime and/or hpl? HPL is a real CPU killer Wink

Regards,
kfgz
Hi,

i build mprime which you can now install on your running stresslinux with following command: 'zypper install mprime'
Any questions which may appear should be answered with yes.

hpl is a bit ugly to package, this may take me more time...
i just released version 0.5.113 which includes mprime per default
I found another two good applications for testing CPU & RAM

First: y-cruncher (64bit only, no source code available) - http://www.numberworld.org/y-cruncher/
Second: ramspeed (single CPU core and SMP) - http://alasir.com/software/ramspeed/

Regards,
kfgz
i just build ramspeed, which is now available in stresslinux repositories an can be installed with: "zypper -n install ramspeed"

y-cruncher is only provided as dynamic binary which may not work on stresslinux. I contacted the maintainer about this and requested
the source or a static build of this program.
well, i could not add url here.
it would be spam.
